That's all you have to do in the battle, just Repulse. Max out your Force Repulse, and you should have maxed Force Focus and Affinity. Now, I couldn't beat The Emperor on Sith Lord, so I decided to face Vader instead, and after (futily) trying to just lightsaber Vader away, I just tried Force Repulse. Note: this is a very slow approach, each combo you do takes of miniscule (but noticeable) health. If you keep lightning/pushing him right after he lands in the middle of the arena, he shouldn't ever be able to touch you, except for a few times when he blocks the lightning initially. You don't have to worry about hitting him against the wall after you fight the first golem, because the time when he's climbing back into the arena gives your incredibly weak force powers to recharge.

It works nearly every time by just tapping Y. Paratus can block the force push during the delay, about 2/3 of the time. I tried holding Y to squeeze out a bit more damage, but there's a delay after you stop force lightning and when your character uses force push. For Kazdan Paratus on Sith Master, I leveled up Force Lightning to level 3, and when the battle begins, stand on a brown-ish arrow on the floor, lock on to him, TAP Y, and tap B.
